Privacy Policy

• Account data: your name, email, and agency name when you sign up.
• Connection tokens: when you connect a tool (Gmail, Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Calendly), we store the OAuth tokens needed to act on your behalf. Tokens are encrypted at rest. We never see or store your passwords.
• Workflow content: the emails, messages, and documents your configured workflows read and the drafts they produce, to the extent needed to run the workflow and show you run history.
• Usage data: run logs (what ran, when, status, cost) and basic product analytics.

Drafts are generated using third-party large-language-model providers. Content is sent to these providers through their business APIs, which per their published policies is not used to train their models. We use content only to provide the Service — we do not sell your data or use your clients' content for advertising.

Payments are handled by our merchant of record. We never receive or store your full card details.

You can disconnect any tool at any time, which revokes our access. If you close your account, we delete your connection tokens and workflow content within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal or accounting reasons. You can request deletion or a copy of your data at any time at support@agentiinfra.com.

The marketing site uses no tracking cookies. The application uses only the cookies required for login sessions.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR if you are in the EU/EEA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Write to support@agentiinfra.com and we will honor these requests.
