Refund Policy

You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@agentiinfra.com. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

Payments and refunds are processed by our merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Email support@agentiinfra.com from your account email with the subject "Refund request". We respond within 2 business days.
